Freeway connectors temporarily close in South Bay for maintenance work

Caltrans logo Photo courtesy of State of California Two major freeway connectors will temporarily close in San Diego County Wednesday due to electrical work functionaries announced The closures will take place from a m to p m Wednesday on the SR- onramp just east of the northbound Interstate connector and the northbound I- connector to eastbound SR- according to Caltrans Administrators advised motorists on eastbound SR- to take the connector to northbound I- exit at Coronado Ave turn left and enter southbound I- then reconnect to eastbound SR- Northbound I- motorists headed to eastbound SR- were advised to also continue to Coronado Avenue make a left then enter southbound I- and reconnect to SR- Traffic may also be affected near the San Ysidro Port of Entry
